Honestly, I think I missed something...
Still not entirely sure what this is about, I just... noticed that my journal box kinda.. exploded O___o
Something about... art theft? =O
By the end of the day, I won't doubt my entire fucking screen's filled D;

Yes, I've read it, Yes I understand it, And no I don't give a damn. As an artist (A crappy one, mind you), I'm terrified. As a garment decorator, I'm stroked.... God damn, I'm a horrible person ;__; Oh well, this thing is too damn ridiculous to ever pass, so I don't think we have too much to worry about.

Its about a new law proposed to be passed by the US government suggesting that any work that has no signiture on it and in which a proposed art theif wished to use and "could not find" the owner- They would legally be able to use and distrubute your work in any way, Making money off of it if they so wished without recognition or payment to the original creator.
